Policy:
- Since this is a home based business I ask that phone calls
be restricted to approximately 9AM to 9PM Central time (USA).
- If I am not available to answer the phone, please leave a
message, I will return your call as soon as possible.

Email Policy:
- I answer *all* e-mails. I have a lot of e-mails bounce back at me
because of spam filters with bad settings. If you don't hear from me within a reasonable
amount of time (a day or so at best), you better try again..
- I do not acknowledge myself to e-mail handlers that want me to go to a
web site and prove I'm a human. If I had to do that with all e-mails, I'd never get
anything done. So to be fair, I won't do it for any.
